Morocco's Ramadan-based transitions expand to Saturday-Saturday.

(Thanks to Milamber Space Network.)
* africa (Morocco): 2014 transitions are Jun 28 03:00 and Aug 2 02:00.
Guess a similar pattern for future years. Fix white space to be
more consistent.

Changes affecting near-future time stamps
Egypt's 2014 Ramadan-based transitions are June 26 and July 31 at 24:00.
(Thanks to Imed Chihi.) Guess that transitions in future years
will follow a similar pattern.
(Thanks to Imed Chihi.) Guess that from 2015 on Egypt will temporarily
switch to standard time at 24:00 the last Thursday before Ramadan, and
back to DST at 00:00 the first Friday after Ramadan.

# An advantage of stopping after 2038 is that it lets zic guess
