Niclas Zeising bdef483f4b Add --with-ipv4 and --with-ipv6 options to cnfigure
Currently, to get IPv6 fping you have to pass -DIPV6 to to make while
compiling, and the resulting fping will not handle ipv4. This patch
adds --with-ipv4 (enabled by default) and --with-ipv6 (disabled by
default) that gives a IPv4 capable fping, and a IPv6 capable fping6
respectively. Both can be enabled, or either one. If both the IPv4 and
the IPv6 versions are disabled, configure will throw an error.

fping 3 README
--------------
fping is a program to send ICMP echo probes to network hosts, similar to ping,
but much better performing when pinging multiple hosts. fping has a long long
story: Roland Schemers did publish a first version of it in 1992 and it has
established itself since then as a standard tool.

Current maintainer:
   David Schweikert <david@schweikert.ch>

Website:
   http://www.fping.org

Installation
------------
If you want to install fping from source, proceed as follows:

1. Run ./configure with the correct arguments
   (see: ./configure --help)

2. Run make; make install

3. Make fping either setuid, or, if under Linux:

   sudo setcap cap_net_raw+ep fping

4. Have a look at the fping(1) manual for usage help
(fping -h will also give a minimal help output)
