Kalamatee fffdbcac0a fix hostgl so it doesnt crash under wsl. # unify pixmap/pbuffer case and use together. - if we can obtain a visual, use pixmap rendering - if we fail to obtain a visual, fall back to pbuffer # disable broken semaphore lock (appears unnecessary) in pbuffer case # add some sanity checks to prevent crashing, when allocations fail.
