Johan Gill d0f3e96214 Rename AROS_L[CDHP]AQUAD macros to AROS_L[CDHP]A2 since these macros are used to describe arguments using two m68k registers and we will refine the meaning of the QUAD macros to be about 64 bit non-pointer integers.
