d87516b4bf includes can be removed from the workbench-libs-amigaguide dependency now 
that the exec includes are generated before the amigaguide includes.

557e655c06 Converted a first bunch of mmakefiles to use the new %build_module_macro macro. In the source files also '#include "libdefs"' had to be replaced with '#include LC_LIBDEFS_FILE'

276e6666bd Make changes. To get back the previous version of these files you can use 
the tag I put on them first. See the logs.

This is the major change to the %make_module style mmakefile.src system.
