  - TimeZone selector now adjust time when timezone i changed.
  - Fixed gmt calculation bug in time(), gettimeofday() and settimeofday().
  - Semaphores now work in static library.
  - Cleaned up headers in source files. Copyrighted code are now clearly
    marked as such.
  - Updated documentation and added more examples.
  - Included POSIX date command from tz release 2016g.
