Update README.md to include warning about Make version on MacOS 
As explored in https://github.com/bebbo/amiga-gcc/issues/351, certain GNU Make versions seem to cause linking issues when building projects. Using a newer version (from brew, for instance) fixes the problems.

Colin Ward 613d32171b Use GNU sed for generating ndk13 headers 
The BSD version of sed that is included with macOS crashes when it
encounters the (c) symbol in NDK includes, and has some other
compatibility issues, so use GNU sed on macos instead.
