ronybeck 30dced9cab SDCard Driver no Longer uses The detect Pin (#111) ...

* - Switched to Willem's version of the driver as this seems to be the one
we are actually using in ApolloOS
- Removed the detect pin usage
- Reduced the read timeout since we will use read time-outs for
detecting if the SD Card is inserted or not.

* Correction to build broken in last commit.

* Updated the compilation to us -O2 again

* Updated the compilation to us -O2 again

* Updates to get the SAGASD Drive back to the expected performance
