deadwood f5d0acb43e Remove Panel and PanelGroups from MUI public interface for now 
These classes are still considered WIP, the Panel.mui conflicts with
existing MUI4/5 Panel.mui class which has different role and the
attributes are using MUI attribute space instead of AROS attribute space.
The general idea would be to move these classes to separate external
custom classes.

populate psi->p_pen with the actual system pen in zune_penspec_setup. store the default mui pens specs in MUIMasterBase, and use MUI_ObtainPen/MUI_ReleasePen in window class, using the specs from MUIMasterBase, to obtain pens to use. If MPEN_HALFSHADOW/MPEN_HALFSHINE arent defined in the base specs, create a local spec matching the previous default behaviour, but use MUI_ObtainPen to then obtain the actual used pen using this spec.
